Philosophising can quite often lead us into what I call a state of ‘Analysis Paralysis.’ A state of overthinking something to the point that you get paralysed by your own thoughts. Overthinking can be like a deadly poison spreading from your mind throughout your body, stopping you ‘dead’ in your tracks.
The only antidote is action. Only by DOing do you free your mind of thinking. By surrendering to your mind to allow yourself to trust what will be, will be, and acting towards ‘it’ with complete presence do you liberate the shackles of your mind. Only then will you allow yourself to ‘Move your mind, move your body, move to success.’
As Bruce Lee said,
‘Knowing is not enough,
One must apply.
Willing is not enough,
One must DO.’
